Digital Gift Card Guide

  • Please note that your Digital Gift Card currency determines where it can be used.

    • If you choose HKD then your Digital Gift Card may only be used to shop online and ship within Hong Kong, SAR (lanecrawford.com.hk)
    • If you choose RMB then your Digital Gift Card may only be used for online purchases shipping to China (lanecrawford.com.cn)
  • If you are having difficulty completing the activation process for the Privilege Program Rewards Gift Card, please ensure that your details inputted are correct by reviewing the Email/SMS you received.

    If you are unable to download a physical Gift Card in to your Wallet, please verify that your Gift Card has existing credit and has not expired.

    If you are still unable to complete the process, please contact our Customer Care team. Don't forget to have your details ready.

  • If you have used your Digital Gift Card recently, please allow up to 10 minutes for the value to refresh.

    If the value shown is incorrect, please contact our customer care team to resolve the issue.

  • It is not possible to add value to a Gift Card, or Digital Gift Card. The value is determined when it is created and can only be used.

  • No. You are unable to combine the value of multiple Digital Gift Cards into one. We suggest to fully use the value in your oldest Gift Cards first, before the expiry date.

  • You may share your Digital Gift Card with friends/family by using the native sharing feature inside your Digital Wallet Application after you have successfully redeemed your Digital Gift Card.

  • At this time, it is required to have a Wallet Application on your device which is compatible with the iPhone Pass format. There is a default Wallet App on iPhones.

  • The Digital Gift Card can be used online and in store at our Hong Kong, SAR and China locations. However, restrictions may apply.

    Please see the "Using your Digital Gift Card" section for more information.

  • For Digital Gift Cards which were created via the QR Code link on the back of a Physical Gift Card, you may keep both copies of the Gift Card for your convenience.

    For the Privilege Programme Rewards Gift Card, only the Digital Wallet version is available unless otherwise stated.

  • For your security, we would discourage printing a copy of your Digital Gift Card. If you prefer shopping with a physical card, you may contact our Customer Care team to assist you.

  • It is possible to convert your Digital Gift Card to a Physical version if you prefer by visiting our Conceirge Desk in any of the Lane Crawford stores, or by contacting customer care

    Please note you must have at least HK$200 remaining balance. Your Digital Gift Card would no longer be usable after the process.

  • In the event of losing your device, you may follow the same process in the original E-Mail or SMS to reclaim your Digital Gift Card, so long as it still has balance, and has not expired.

    You will need to notify the Customer Care team that you have lost your Digital Gift Card at customercare@lanecrawford.com

  • A web version is currently unavailable for the Digital Gift Card. All Digital Gift Cards must be stored in your mobile device's Wallet application.

  • The barcode on your Digital Gift Card will stop showing when the card has expired to indicate that it is no longer redeemable.

  • On a Physical Gift Card
    The PIN code for a Physical Gift Card can be found on the back-side of the Gift Card, underneath a security scratch panel.

    In the Apple Digital Wallet
    The PIN code is found inside of the information panel when viewing a Digital Gift Card inside the Apple Wallet.

    In an Android Wallet App
    The PIN code is found inside of the i information panel when viewing a Digital Gift Card inside an Android Wallet App such as Wallet Passes.
