TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PACIFIC PLACE HOME HOTEL GUESTS HK$500 ONLINE SHOPPING VOUCHER REDEMPTION PROMOTION.
  • 1. Promotion Period is from April 17 to August 31, 2015, both days inclusive (“Promotion Period”) at Lane Crawford Pacific Place Home Store only.
  • 2. During the Promotion Period, Hotel Guests (“Eligible Customers”) who present valid hotel room card from the following hotels at the Pacific Place Shopping Mall – the Island Shangri-la, Conrad Hong Kong, JW Mariott or The Upper House, are entitled to enjoy the offer.
  • 3. Upon net purchase of HK$5,000 or more in one single transaction by the Eligible Customer at Lane Crawford Pacific Place Home Store, except for purchase of Lane Crawford Gift Cards (“Eligible Transaction”) will receive one HK$500 Online Shopping Voucher (“OSV”) that will be redeemable for their next purchase online at lanecrawford.com
  • 4. Purchase amount for Eligible Transaction is calculated net i.e. for Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members, the net total after deduction of any applicable discount.
  • 5. Eligible Customers can receive the OSV at the Lane Crawford Pacific Place Home Store Concierge counter on the same day where the Eligible Transaction is made by presenting the original receipt of the Eligible Transaction. The OSV in the form of a shopping URL link will then be emailed to them the next day.
  • 6. Usage of OSV is subject to separate terms and conditions listed in the OSV email.
  • 7. Each Eligible Customer is entitled to redeem one HK$500 OSV only during the Promotion Period.
  • 8. Offers are available to Lane Crawford Privilege Programme members only. Non-member must complete the registration form for Lane Crawford Privilege program to qualify for the offer.
  • 9. Except to the extent required by applicable law, no refunds are available in respect of Eligible Transactions which have been made to redeem the offer.
  • 10. Offer may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purposes or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) in writing.
  • 11. Lane Crawford reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • 12. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited shall be final.
  • 13. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
USAGE OF THE LANE CRAWFORD ONLINE SHOPPING VOUCHER (“OSV”) ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
  • 1. This Lane Crawford Online Shopping Voucher (“OSV”) is redeemable by the bearer upon presentation in payment for goods / services sold online only at lanecrawford.com from April 18 to September 15, 2015 (“Redemption Period”).
  • 2. This Lane Crawford OSV is not redeemable in store.
  • 3. This Lane Crawford OSV cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, including Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Member Discount.
  • 4. This Lane Crawford OSV is not applicable to Apple products, discounted items, consignment and concession items and the purchase of a Lane Crawford Gift Card.
  • 5. Only one Lane Crawford OSV can be used per transaction.
  • 6. This Lane Crawford OSV must be redeemed for full face value. Any remaining OSV balance will be forfeited.
  • 7. This Lane Crawford OSV cannot have additional value added after issuance.
  • 8. This Lane Crawford OSV cannot be redeemed, returned, exchanged or refunded for cash.
  • 9. No value on this Lane Crawford OSV can be transferred to another Shopping Voucher.
  • 10. Lane Crawford is not liable for lost, stolen, defaced or damaged OSV once issued.
  • 11. This Lane Crawford OSV will not be replaced if stolen, damaged or expired.
  • 12. Privilege Programme Bonus Points are not accrued when redeeming this Lane Crawford OSV for goods or services.
  • 13. Except to the extent required by applicable law, no exchange or refund will be made for a transaction or purchase made with this Lane Crawford OSV.
  • 14. This Lane Crawford OSV may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be use for any commercial or promotional purpose or any other purpose whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing.
