  1. The Promotion Period is from Jul 25 – Aug 28, 2016, both days inclusive (“Promotion Period”) at Lane Crawford Pacific Place home store, Lane Crawford ifc Mall, Lane Crawford Canton Road, Lane Crawford Times Square (“Lane Crawford Stores”) and online at lanecrawford.com (“Online Store”) only.
  2. During the Promotion Period, customers who spend above $3,800 in a single transaction (“Eligible Transaction”) at Lane Crawford Stores and/or Online Store will be entitled 1 chance to enter the weekly prize draw (“Weekly Lucky Draw”) and all Eligible Transactions will also automatically qualify for the Grand Prize Draw (“Grand Prize Draw”).
  3. There will be a total of 4 Weekly Lucky Draw during the Promotion Period (“Weekly Lucky Draw Period”);
    1. Week 1: Jul 25 – 31, 2016
    2. Week 2: Aug 1 – 7, 2016
    3. Week 3: Aug 8 – 14, 2016
    4. Week 4: Aug 15 – 21, 2016
  4. The Weekly Lucky Draw will be done on the Monday following the conclusion of each Weekly Lucky Draw Period and winners will be contacted individually by email or phone within 3 days after each draw date.
  5. The Grand Prize Draw will include all Eligible Transactions from Jul 25 – Aug 28, 2016 and the draw will be done on Aug 29, 2016. Customers who have previously won from any of the Weekly Lucky Draw will not be eligible to win the Grand Prize Draw; winner will be contacted individually by email or phone within 3 days after the draw date.
  6. Full results of all 4 Weekly Lucky Draw winners and Grand Prize Draw winner will be announced and published on The Standard & Sing Tao Daily Newspapers on September 7, 2016.
  7. Purchases of Apple & Samsung products and Lane Crawford Gift Cards will not qualify as Eligible Transaction.
  8. Each Eligible Transaction qualifies the customer for 1 chance to enter the Weekly Lucky Draw & Grand Prize Draw .
  9. Purchase amount for the Eligible Transaction is calculated net i.e. for Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members, the net total after deduction of any applicable discount.
  10. This Lucky Draw Promotion is available to Lane Crawford Privilege Programme members only. Non-member must complete the registration form for Lane Crawford Privilege Programme to qualify for the promotion.
  11. Except to the extent required by applicable law, no refund or exchange is available in respect of the Eligible Transaction which has been made to redeem the Lucky Draw at Lane Crawford Stores.
  12. Only personal purchases are entitled as Eligible Transactions. Transaction for any commercial or promotional purposes or any other purposes whatsoever is not an Eligible Transaction unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing.
  13. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford shall be final. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR.
