Terms Of Service

Except for the merchandise picked up at Lane Crawford stores, the ownership and risk of loss or damage relating to any merchandise purchased from any Lane Crawford platform will be transferred to you upon delivery of the merchandise by us to the carrier. The ownership and risk of loss or damage relating to the merchandise purchased online and picked up at any Lane Crawford store will be transferred to you upon receipt of the merchandise by you or your authorised person. However, such merchandise shall belong to us until we receive full payment from you.
