  1. The Donation Period is from July 20 to September 18, 2017, both days inclusive (“Donation Period”) at Lane Crawford ifc Mall, Lane Crawford Canton Road, Lane Crawford Times Square and Lane Crawford Pacific Place home store.
  2. During the Donation Period, Lane Crawford Platinum members and Lane Crawford Gold members can earn Lane Crawford Rewards Points by donating their pre-loved luxury goods.
  3. Members can earn 3,000 points for each piece of designer clothing donated, and each customer can max earn 15,000 points from this initiative.
  4. LUXARITY welcomes donations of gently used luxury clothes, accessories and leather goods for men, women and kids, from designer labels and major luxury fashion houses.
  5. Customers will receive these bonus points in November 2017.
  6. Store staff and the Concierge team will record member’s details and membership account information when the donation is made. A collection receipt will also be issued to the member when donation is made.
  7. The qualified products will be sent to LUXARITY for the sale from November 24 to 30, 2017, to sponsor Parsons School of Design’s grants for fashion technology and sustainability, or donated to Redress, an environmental non-governmental organisation working to reduce waste in the fashion industry.
  8. No refund or exchange is available.
  9. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford shall be final. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR.
