Promotional Period: from August 16, 2023 to September 14, 2023 (both dates inclusive)

Promotion Details (the “Offer”): Eligible Cardholders can enjoy cash rebate based on the Eligible Transaction amount (net after discount if any) at Eligible Stores of Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited, (“the Merchant”), illustrated in below table.

Eligible Cardholders: This Promotion is applicable to all Fubon Cardholders of the Eligible Fubon Credit Cards including the credit cards and co-branded credit card issued by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Eligible Credit Card”)

Eligible Transaction(s): For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions are not applicable for the calculation of Eligible Transactions in this Promotion:

    • Any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund;
    • Any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by the Bank from time to time;
    • All payment via eWallet or third-party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay, PayPal and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or
    • Any other type of transaction as determined by the Bank from time to time.

General Terms and Conditions
  1. The Promotion Period is from 16 August 2023 to 14 September 2023 (both dates inclusive).
  2. Eligible Credit Cards include the credit cards and co-branded credit cards issued by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited.
  3. To enjoy the offers under this Promotion, Cardholders must settle the transactions using an Eligible Credit Card issued by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited.
  4. This Promotion is only applicable to all Eligible Credit Cards including the credit cards and co-branded credit cards issued by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited.
  5. During the Promotion Period, transactions made by Eligible Credit Cards at Eligible Stores and Lane Crawford’s online store (www.lanecrawford.com.hk) (“The Merchant”) for credit purchase are eligible to the cash rebate. Eligible stores as below:

  6. The cash rebate amount will be credited to Eligible Cardholder’s credit card account and shown on the statement with payment within November 2023. In case the Eligible Credit Card is expired or invalid, the cash rebate amount will be credited to Eligible Cardholder’s latest active card account. Cash rebate amount is not transferable, exchangeable nor refundable for cash.
  7. Eligible spending refers to transactions made by Eligible Credit Card at the Merchant during the Promotion Period for credit purchase, excluding the following categories of transactions: transactions of purchasing the Merchant’s cash voucher, gift card, split transaction, transactions via e-wallets (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay, PayPal and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service), un-posted/cancelled/refunded transactions, and transactions that are found to be fraudulent or are eventually cancelled/refunded (“Eligible Spending”).

  9. Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited and the Merchant reserve the final decision on the interpretation of the definition of Eligible Spending.
  10. Any and all products, services and benefits offered under the Promotion are provided on a first-come-first-serve basis, and are subject to availability of the relevant products, services and benefits.
  11. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods, services or benefits and are not transferable.
  12. Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) is not the product supplier or service provider of the relevant Merchant Offers and the offers details and the relevant photos are provided by the relevant product supplier or service provider. The names and products shown in the promotional materials may include trademarks or other intellectual property rights owned by other companies. Any enquiry shall be directed to the relevant product supplier or service provider. The Bank makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products, services or information provided by the product supplier or service provider, and shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with such products, services or information provided by the product supplier or service provider. Any claim, complaint, or dispute arising out of, or in connection with, the said products, services or benefits shall be resolved between the Cardholders and the relevant product supplier or service provider.
  13. This Promotion is only applicable to the Cardholders whose Eligible Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and when the Offer is issued. If the status of a Cardholder’s Eligible Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Offer.
  14. Time and validity of any transactions and/or eligibility of a Cardholder to the Offer shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record of transaction held by a Cardholder and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholder.
  15. Cardholders must retain the original transaction records of all transactions. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require Cardholders to submit the relevant original transaction slips, other documents or evidence for verification. The submitted transaction slips, documents and/or evidence will not be returned. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Cardholder’s record of any transaction, the Bank’s record shall prevail.
  16. Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse/non-compliance by the Cardholder, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Offers from the Cardholder’s account without prior notice and/or take such required action to recover any outstanding amounts.
  17. The Bank and the Merchant may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate this Promotion and the Offer at any time. In case of dispute, the Bank’s and the Merchant’s decision are final.
  18. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
