  • Online orders will usually be charged on dispatch. For China UnionPay debit cards and credit cards issued by China Merchants Bank, ICBC and CGB for China UnionPay and Alipay payment, orders will be charged when submitted.

  • Once your order has been submitted, you cannot add additional items to it. In alternatives, you may submit a new order for additional items.

  • Before your order is dispatched, simply CONTACT US if you wish to cancel it. If your order has been dispatched, please refer to RETURN & EXCHANGE for details of how to return it.

  • Once your order is submitted, you will receive an acknowledgement email quoting an estimated delivery date. You can also check your order status online by checking into MY ACCOUNT.

    For orders to be delivered by our appointed courier, click TRACK SHIPMENT in MY ACCOUNT to get the tracking number. You can use this number to track the delivery status via the respective courier’s website.
