1. Promotion Period is from May 7 - 10, 2015, both days inclusive (“Period”) at Lane Crawford Pacific Place home store, Lane Crawford ifc mall, Lane Crawford Canton Road, Lane Crawford Times Square, Lane Crawford One Island South home store and showroom (“Lane Crawford Stores”) and online at lanecrawford.com (“Online Store”) only.
2. During the Promotion Period, customers who purchase a minimum of HK$3,500 net or above in one single transaction (“Eligible Transaction”) will be entitled to get 20% off for their next purchase (“Discount”). Redemption period is from May 7 – 17, 2015.
3. The minimum purchase of HKD3,500 is equivalent to USD450, JPY54,000, EUR420, AUD580, GBP300, and CAD550 in other currencies available at Online Store.
4. Purchases of Apple products, gift cards, sale items, cosmetic products and jewellery products are not considered as Eligible Transactions.
5. Customers who made the Eligible Transactions at Lane Crawford Stores will have to redeem the Discount for their next purchase in-store only. Customers who made the Eligible Transactions at Online Store will have to redeem the Discount for their next purchase online only. Customers who made the Eligible Transaction at Online Store will receive their Discount offer via a email with a Discount link.
6. The Discount cannot be used on the following items: Apple products, gift cards, sale items, cosmetic products, jewellery products, concession and consignment items, AW15 new arrivals, as well as items from selected brands.
7. The Discount must be redeemed in a single transaction for their next purchase within the redemption period of May 7-17, 2015. The transaction that has redeemed the Discount will not be considered as an Eligible Transaction to qualify for Discount off their next purchase.
8. Purchase amount for the Eligible Transaction is calculated net i.e. for Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members, the net total after deduction of any applicable discount.
9. The promotion is available to Lane Crawford Privilege Programme members only. Non-member must complete the registration form for Lane Crawford Privilege Programme to qualify for the promotion.
10. Except to the extent required by applicable law, no refunds or exchanges are available in respect of the Eligible Transactions which have been made to redeem the Discount at Lane Crawford Stores.
11. The Discount offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers and other bonus point offers.
12. The Discount offer may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purposes or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing.
13. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford shall be final. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR.
