1. Promotion Period is from 24 April – 7 June, 2015, both days inclusive (“Period”) at Lane Crawford Pacific Place home store, Lane Crawford ifc mall, Lane Crawford Canton Road, Lane Crawford Times Square (“Lane Crawford stores”) and online at lanecrawford.com only.
2. During the Promotion Period, customers who purchase a minimum of HK$3,000 net in one single transaction on HAY Products (“Eligible Transaction”) will be entitled to receive one free gift of a HAY Kaleido XS Tray, either in green or brown, (“Gift”), while stocks last.
3. Each customer is entitled to redeem a maximum of three gifts in one single transaction within one day during the Period.
4. Purchase amount for Eligible Transaction is calculated net i.e. for Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members, the net total after deduction of any applicable discount.
5. Offer is available to Lane Crawford Privilege Programme members only. Non-member must complete the registration form for Lane Crawford Privilege Programme to qualify for the offer.
6. Except to the extent required by applicable law, no refunds or exchanges are available in respect of Eligible Transactions which have been made to redeem the Gift.
7. Offer may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purposes or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited (“Lane Crawford”) in writing.
8. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford shall be final. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR.
