    2. To redeem online in Lane Crawford Online Shop, customers are requested to click from the redemption link on email/SMS and complete online registration and/or login to redeem the 25% off voucher for their next purchase in Lane Crawford Online Shop.
    3. The 25% off voucher excludes purchase of any selected brands and items, Apple products, consignment, concession, cosmetic, selective jewelry brands and Lane Crawford Gift Cards.
    4. The 25% off voucher cannot be redeemed, returned, exchanged or refunded for cash.
    5. Lane Crawford is not liable for lost, stolen, defaced or damaged vouchers once issued.
    6. Each customer can enjoy 25% off once only. Only one voucher can be used in a single transaction.
    7. The 25% off voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers and other bonus point offers.
