Online SS18 Art Shopping Weekend
  1. The promotion period is from March 22 to 25 2018, both days inclusive (“Period”) at www.lanecrawford.com.hk and www.lanecrawford.com (“Lane Crawford Online Store”).
  2. During the Period;
    • Customers who spend US$480 / GBP350 / EUR400 / JPY51,000 / AUD620 / CAD620 net in one single transaction at Lane Crawford Online Store (“Eligible Transaction”) will be entitled to receive an exclusive Haculla tote bag (“Gift”);
    • Customers who spend US$2,550 / GBP1,850 / EUR2,000 / JPY270,000 / AUD3,300 / CAD3,300 net in one single transaction Lane Crawford Online Store (“Eligible Transaction”) will be entitled to receive two exclusive Haculla tote bags and a Roller Essential (“Gift”);
    • Customers who spend US$6,350 / GBP4,650 / EUR5,000 / JPY680,000 / AUD8,200 / CAD8,200 net or above in one single transaction at Lane Crawford Online Store (“Eligible Transaction”) will be entitled to two exclusive Haculla tote bags and a Roller Essential (“Gift”) with double Lane Crawford Rewards Points. (collectively referred to as “Promotion”)
  3. Each customer can only redeem up to a maximum of two tote bags, one Roller Essential and double Lane Crawford Rewards Points once per day.
  4. For purchases made in Lane Crawford Online Store, eligible customer(s) will receive premade tote bags graphic as stated online; Graphic A for customer(s) who purchased on March 22 and 23, Graphic B for March 24; Graphic C for March 25; Customers will receive the gift together with the items purchased from the Lane Crawford Online Store.
  5. For Lane Crawford Online Store, only 40 pieces of Graphic A; 20 pieces of Graphic B, 20 pieces of Graphic C are available and they will be given out on a first-come-first-serve basis. Substitute of Graphic might be given out without prior announcement.
  6. Online purchases made at the Lane Crawford Online Store are subject to Lane Crawford’s Returns Policy. Please visit lanecrawford.com/returns for more detail.
  7. This Promotion is not applicable to purchases of gift cards, Apple, Samsung, Rimowa, Concession, Cosmetics, sale and Consignment items (exclude JWL Consignment items). See clause 16 below.
  8. The Gift cannot be exchanged for cash, other goods, or any services.
  9. Purchase amount and double Lane Crawford Rewards Points issued for the Eligible Transaction are calculated net i.e. for Lane Crawford Privilege Programme Members, the net total after deduction of any applicable discount.
  10. The Promotion is available to Lane Crawford Privilege Card and Beauty+ Programme members only. Non-member must complete the registration form for Lane Crawford Beauty+ program or Privilege Card to qualify for the Promotion.
  11. Except to the extent required by applicable law, no refunds or exchanges are available in respect of the Eligible Transactions which have been used to redeem the Gift at Lane Crawford Online Store. In the event of any exchanges and refunds permitted by law, if after exchanges and/or refunds the transaction value does not qualify as an Eligible Transaction, in order to proceed further, customers need to return the purchased items together with the Gift.
  12. This Promotion may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purposes or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing.
  13. Lane Crawford reserves the right to change any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to customers.
  14. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford shall be final.
  15. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR.
  16. Lane Crawford Double Rewards Points
  1. The rewards points as part of the Gift will be reimbursed to customers by Aug 2018, provided that the transaction after an exchange and/or a refund (if any) continues to meet the criteria of an Eligible Transaction.
  2. The reward points can only be issued to Lane Crawford Privilege Programme members only. Non-member must complete the registration form for Lane Crawford Privilege Programme to qualify for the reward points.
  3. The reward points cannot be exchanged for cash or any products or services.
  4. The reward points are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  5. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford shall be final. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR.

  3. Each customer is only entitled to 1 Gift in each Eligible Transaction.
