Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford shall be final. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR.
If a Participant is chosen to be the Winner, his/her name, contact number, email address and Instagram ID ("Personal Data") will be collected for communication and publicity purpose. No Personal Data will be transferred to any other third parties including Lane Crawford's parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, or will be used for direct marketing. The Winner has the right to access and request correction of the Personal Data held by Lane Crawford by contacting the Customer Care at +852 2118 2288 or via email at customercare@lanecrawford.com.
Only one entry is permitted per Participant. Multiple entries will be invalidated. Once the design is submitted, the entry is final and no changes to the same can be made.
In consideration of LCJG Limited considering the Participant's entry for suitability as a Winner for the purpose of this Promotion, by submitting his/her design entry, the Participant unconditionally and irrevocably assigns all copyright (worldwide) subsisting in the design to LCJG Limited, without royalty. LCJG Limited may alter, revise, use, reproduce and distribute any entry and may exercise any rights restricted under Division II of the Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to the copyright owner without obtaining prior consent from the participant. LCJG Limited may also further assign any or all of the copyright subsisting in the design to its subsidiaries or affiliate companies. LCJG Limited has the right to use, publish or display the names and Instagram IDs of the Winner for publicity purpose.
All submissions must be of original design. By submitting the design entry, the Participant warrants that he/she is the sole designer/composer of the design and shall indemnify and keep LCJG Limited, its subsidiaries and affiliate companies harmless of any claims by third parties in respect of the design, including but not limited to any intellectual property claims.
These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English and Chinese. In case of discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.
