1. Promotion period is from Jan 11 – 31, 2016, both days inclusive (“Period”) at Lane Crawford ifc mall, Lane Crawford Canton Road, Lane Crawford Times Square and lanecrawford.com (collectively as “Lane Crawford Stores” or individually as a “Lane Crawford Store”).
2. During the Period, customers who purchase any denim apparels (“Eligible Transaction”) will be eligible for denim customisation services or workshops in store. Please visit l-c.hk/denimmakeover for full details.
3. Denim apparel refers only to menswear or womenswear products sold at Lane Crawford Stores.
4. Proof of purchase on denim apparel must be shown upon request by our staff.
5. The promotion is available to Lane Crawford Privilege Programme members only.
6. Non-members must complete the registration form for Lane Crawford Privilege Programme to qualify for the promotion.
7. Each customer is only entitled to one customisation service or workshop session per Eligible Transaction during the promotional period. Service and/or workshop session are as per stated in all communication platforms for the promotion. The service or workshop session is in limited supply and it is available on a first come first serve basis.
8. Except to the extent required by applicable law, no refunds or exchanges are available in respect of the Eligible Transactions which have been made to redeem the Denham tote bag gift.

10. Offers in this promotion may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purposes or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing.

12. Should any dispute arise, the decision of LCJG Limited, the holding company of Lane Crawford shall be final.
13. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to the Courts of Hong Kong SAR.
