No Gold or Platinum Privilege Card will be issued unless an application has been made and we have accepted it.
The Privilege Card is entitled to a maximum of four continuous 90-day periods. New 90-day period will start from HK$/RMB 0 spending. The 90-day period is an independent period where HK$/RMB 10,000 in net spending on merchandise must be reached at Lane Crawford stores and its affiliated boutiques in order to be eligible to apply for a Lane Crawford Privilege Card upgrade. The Privilege Card will expire if the spending requirement cannot be reached within four 90-day periods from the date of issuance. If your Privilege Card has expired, a new Privilege Card will be automatically created when you next make a purchase online or in store.
Privilege Card Cardholders are not entitled to any Lane Crawford Gold or Platinum Privilege Card member’s benefit.
The Privilege Card is non-transferable. Should the Privilege Card reach the required spending requirement to be eligible to apply for a Lane Crawford Privilege Card upgrade, the applicant of the Lane Crawford Privilege Card upgrade must be the Privilege Card Cardholder and not any other person.
You may only hold one Privilege Card at any one time. In failing to comply, Lane Crawford will prompt you to merge multiple cards into one card. Should you not respond to such requests, you agree that Lane Crawford will make an arbitrary decision and a new card will be sent to you.
Please note that we do not currently offer Privilege Cards to customers shipping outside of Hong Kong and/or China. Lane Crawford will not accept any Privilege Card requests for such orders.
