A Perfect Fit How do you improve upon sartorial perfection? Our Made-to-Measure service finds the answer by taking the most exquisite menswear brands and tailoring each piece to the customer’s style and fit.

Nothing says luxury like a well-cut suit. After all, in menswear the ultimate measure of quality comes down to the fit and the detail. The Spring Summer 2016 collections opened up ever-wider sartorial horizons for menswear silhouettes, colours and textures, but it is the personal touch that ultimately raises these looks to the upper echelons of style.
Our Made-to-Measure service brings together the world’s best tailors from top luxury brands to create perfectly fitting garments. This personalisation can take many forms: from the addition of high-quality fabrics from Europe and Japan to the insertion of a silken flash of colour in the lining, from a particular shape of button to a bespoke collar, Made-to-Measure customisation creates flawlessly crafted garments that truly reflect each and every style. And this season, our focus has expanded from suit jackets and trousers to include the alteration of many wardrobe essentials such as shirts, trousers and vests, with the service taking a maximum of two months for each unique garment.
The brands featured in our Made-to-Measure service are seemingly diverse but always united in their pursuit of immaculate craftsmanship. Indeed, Lane Crawford is one of the few retailers in the world that offers this service for Dolce & Gabbana’s Alta Sartoria line, a one-of-a-kind men’s haute couture collection designed by the estimable Italian duo. Launched last year, it highlights the label’s impeccable eye for fit and detail, blending high-end textiles and old-world charm.
Made-to-Measure also includes collections from Lanvin. Here, the house’s tailors use a sampling kit that incorporates the taking of highly detailed measurements with the customer’s specific needs. Also included in the service and adding a distinctively Japanese element to tailoring is the brand Tomorrowland – known for its playful elegance and genderless take on modern classics. Tomorrowland creates an unexpected mash-up of fabrics and innovative cuts, offering a unique counterpoint to more traditional European designs. Meanwhile, Isaia and Lardini bring the suave sophistication of timeless Italian tailoring to the mix, delivering decades of expertise in their creation of elegant and perfectly fitting menswear.
