Lane Crawford Privilege Card holders can enjoy special shipping services:
- Lane Crawford Platinum Card holders will automatically receive free delivery on any online
order, for delivery in Hong Kong and Mainland China only
- Lane Crawford Gold Card holders in Hong Kong will receive free delivery on single orders
totalling at/more than HK$1,000; while Lane Crawford Gold Card Holders in Mainland China will
receive free deliveries on single orders totalling at/more than ¥1,500.
Please note that the free shipping service for Lane Crawford Privilege Card holders only
applies to online orders placed in Hong Kong, to be delivered in Hong Kong; and orders placed
in Mainland China, to be delivered in Mainland China.
Rest of World
Free shipping is available for single orders totalling at/more than US$1,000.
Please note that relevant taxes and duties still apply on orders that qualify for free

DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being confirmed.
When an order is placed online, or over the telephone, a confirmation email will be sent with
an indication of the expected delivery time.
Hong Kong and China
Same-day delivery will be made before 9pm, while next-day delivery will be made between 9am
and 9pm.
In Hong Kong, orders are delivered 6 days a week, excluding Sundays and statutory public
holidays.
In Mainland China, orders are delivered 7 days a week, including public holidays, except for
the first day of Chinese New Year.
Rest of World
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, subject to DHL international courier delivery times
in your country.

To add convenience and flexibility to your shopping experience, you can order online and opt
to personally — or send a representative to — collect your purchase from a pre-designated Lane
Crawford store.
This service is only available for orders placed in Hong Kong, to collect from our Canton Road store or the ifc mall
store; or for online orders placed in Mainland China, to collect from Seasons Place,
Beijing.
Simply select the COLLECT AT STORE option on the Shipping page in Checkout
Order Deadlines and In-Store Collection Times:
- Order online before 10am, available for in-store collection at 3pm
- Order online before 2:30pm, available for in-store collection at 7pm
- Order online after 2:30pm, available for in-store collection at 3pm, next day.
To pick up your order in store, visit the Concierge and present your printed order
confirmation and the credit card used to make the purchase, or a photo ID of the person named
as collector.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination, and are displayed on
your order page.
If you have a registered account and sign in before you begin to shop, the right currency, plus
shipping, tax and duties’ charges will be automatically selected.
If you do not have a registered account, select your country at the top-left of page to ensure
your orders will be calculated in the right currency and with the relevant shipping, tax and
duties’ charges.
Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)
The following countries are shipped to on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis: Macau,
Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan. DDP means that the relevant taxes and duties are collected
online at the same time as the purchase of your items, along with the shipping charges. This
one-step payment process is for your convenience. Please note the tax and duties’ charges are
passed to your local customs’ authorities, while the shipping charges are passed to the courier
— and are therefore non-refundable.
Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)
If you are shipping to a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) country, you will see the price of your
products and the shipping charges, but you will not see tax and duties’ charges, as we are
unable to advise on the amount at the time of online purchase. As the recipient, you will be
responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales’ taxes levied by the country you are
shipping to. Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs. Our
courier, DHL, will contact you locally with details of any import duty to pay.

Lane Crawford insures each order through transit up until it is delivered. All orders must
be signed for at time of receipt, and in doing so, you accept the responsibility for the order
from that moment on.
If the recipient is not the original purchaser, such as in the case of a gift delivery, then
the recipient’s signature will be accepted by Lane Crawford as evidence of delivery and
fulfilment of your order, as well as the transfer of responsibility.

For credit-card security, we strongly advise that your first online order be delivered to
your credit card billing address.
For subsequent orders, you may choose to deliver to another address, such as in the case of
gift delivery.
