Worldwide Express Delivery

Terms Of Service

Provided that these Terms of Service are satisfied, we will deliver the merchandise you order to the address you specify in your order. We endeavour to dispatch all merchandise ordered by you within a reasonable time after the order has been placed by you and accepted by us, unless there are other instructions on the merchandise detail page or it is a pre-order. You will be given an indication of the estimated delivery time when you receive an email to confirm the goods have been dispatched to you (for reference only and without binding force). Lane Crawford’s teams will try their best to meet the estimated delivery but cannot guarantee that such estimate can be met. In particular, we may not dispatch the products on some public holidays.

We try to deliver all the items under one order from you at the same time. If some items are out of stock or unsuitable for simultaneous delivery due to manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, etc., Lane Crawford has the right to deliver the order in batches or split the order for delivery at its sole discretion based on actual circumstances.

You need to ensure that you sign for the merchandise in person. You also understand and agree that if you are unable to sign for the merchandise in person, the carrier may deliver the merchandise to a third party authorised by you or a collection point, subject to China’s express courier industry regulations and/or practices, and the merchandise delivered in the aforesaid manner shall also be deemed to have been delivered to you.

Meanwhile, you may choose to pick up your order from any store upon presentation of your order number and ID card (that bears your photograph), or in the case of collection on your behalf, the ID cards of both the authorised person and the purchaser and proof of written authorisation from the purchaser.

Upon picking up your order, you are required to sign an acknowledgement of receipt of the merchandise to show that you will be solely liable for your order from that point forward. If the consignee or receiver is not the original purchaser, or in the case of a sent gift, you accept the signature of such consignee or receiver as evidence that Lane Crawford has delivered and fulfilled your order. You also accept the transfer of relevant liability in the same manner.

Upon delivery, you shall inspect whether the merchandise packaging is intact. If the merchandise shows signs of damage, you are advised not to sign for it, and shall immediately inform the logistics company or store counter of the reason for such refusal and contact us as soon as possible.
