As part of its PLATFORM initiative to help nurture and grow emerging talent, Lane Crawford held a call-out for emerging young entrepreneurs, brands and designers to pitch their product or their work for Lane Crawford stores across Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu and online.

Over 250 applicants met with our expert panel of buyers and industry specialists across two days. “There was so much positive energy and creative talent in one place, the atmosphere was intoxicating. We saw a large cross-section of talented designers at different points in their career, but we’ve been focusing on those that have a solid vision of where they want to take their brand and collections and how we can help nurture these designers to get there,” said Joo Woo, General Merchandising Manager of Menswear.

The final selection of newly discovered talent will be announced at the end of the month. Watch this space.
