Autumn Winter 2015 Fashion Week In Numbers
With Men’s Autumn Winter 2015 fashion week wrapping up, Lane Crawford’s menswear buyers break down the shows into everything you need to know for the season to come.

We went to a total of 18 shows over nine days in Milan and Paris, giving you front row access as we took over the Lane Crawford Instagram.

Neil Barrett’s 8-minute long standout show was the perfect mash up of street meets tailoring, exemplified by key hybrid pieces like the military anorak. This was Barrett at his finest.

sacai Autumn Winter 2015 showcased handsome silhouettes in textured fabrics and supple yarns. Look out for our favourite piece – the anorak cape – seen in 2 of the runway looks.

Marcelo Burlon’s County of Milan show was full of excitement and energy. The show exhibited the evolution of his collection through 55 graphic-heavy looks.

We spied 7 opportunities to catch a peep show at the now controversial, landmark Rick Owens show.

It took security 15 minutes to pull the plastic off the runway before the Ann Demeulemeester show.

Moncler Gamme Bleu was another standout show for us, with every one of the 41 looks demonstrating Thom Browne’s mastery of proportions.

Look out for checks in all shapes and forms next season. We saw 13 different kinds of plaid at ISAIA’s showroom alone.

Outerwear is getting bigger and better – think oversized coats layered over cosy knits and blazers – as spotted on 56 fashion show attendees.

We caught Details magazine’s Style Director Eugene Tong and respected writer Angelo Flaccavento a total of 16 times outside the shows wearing their signature beanies. Tong is the master of the urban-luxe look, while Flaccavento exudes an artisanal, poetic aesthetic.

Take your footwear cues from the streets of Milan and Paris, where sneakers were anything but plain. We spotted 27 pairs of geometric print styles.

We drank a total of 108 cups of coffee throughout the trip.
