Lane Crawford is Hong Kong's leading specialty store, offering the largest assortment of
designer brands in Asia.
Lane Crawford’s online store sells an edited selection of women’s ready-to-wear, shoes,
handbags, jewellery and accessories from the most desirable luxury fashion brands as well as
the most exciting up-and-coming designers.

THE SITE
Lane Crawford’s online store is designed to accommodate all types of shoppers — from those
who know exactly what they want, to those who like to browse and take it all in.
For the customer who wants to make a quick shopping purchase, there is an express route to
checkout. Regular online shoppers with an Account already set up can fast-track purchases as
personal details are pre-set.
For the customer who wants to browse and view interesting fashion features, there is plenty of
multi-media content to read throughout the site. These stories are also easy to find in the LIBRARY
section.
Our Customer Care team is available to assist at any stage of your journey, by email or
telephone. We also have Product Advisors
and Personal Stylists who are on hand to help
build your wardrobe, find that special piece, or assist with gift suggestions.
HOW TO SHOP
You may browse the site and purchase without creating an account and signing in at each visit. There are, however, a number of benefits to doing so:
- Automatic selection of the right currency, plus calculation of shipping and tax and duties’ charges;
- Fast checkout, recalling previous transaction details;
- The contents of your SHOPPING BAG can be saved for your next visit. Your SHOPPING BAG is accessible from various computers, smart phones and tablets;
- Current and previous orders can be reviewed, as well as returns and exchanges;
- Easy access to our Personal Stylists.
To create an account, simply click on REGISTER in the top
left-hand corner of the site. Upon return, simply SIGN IN.

2. Browsing and Locating Product
The NEW IN, DESIGNERS and WOMEN links on the navigation bar all lead to product:
- NEW IN shows the newest product in our online store, which is updated every Wednesday;
- The route through DESIGNERS enables you to shop by brand, as well as to see which stores they are available from;
- The WOMEN link has a pull-down menu with CLOTHING, SHOES, BAGS and ACCESSORIES options that lead directly to product.
The search box in the top right-hand corner of the site can also assist with locating
products, brands and information.

To purchase an item, simply click SELECT YOUR SIZE. If unsure of your size, the
WHAT SIZE ARE YOU? button provides a SIZING GUIDE to International Conversion
charts and the HOW TO MEASURE tab features tips on how to measure yourself.
By clicking the SIZE & FIT button in the Product Description section, there is more
information about if the sizing runs true, small or large, and how it fits.
If you need more help with size and fit, please contact our Product Advisors.
Don’t forget that we offer Free Returns, so
if your product doesn’t fit, you may exchange it for a different size.
Once you have selected your size, click on the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button. At this
stage, you can proceed to checkout or continue shopping.
You can preview your product selections at any time by clicking on the YOUR SHOPPING BAG
icon. Items can be deleted at any time by clicking REMOVE. In the chance that an item in
your SHOPPING BAG sells out as you continue shopping, your SHOPPING BAG will
automatically indicate that the item is no longer available.
Click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button when ready to finish shopping. Your SHOPPING BAG will display a summary of the items you wish to purchase, with prices, plus relevant tax and duties calculated.
Your order will be packaged in a signature Lane Crawford gift box, complete with
tissue-paper wrap inside and a ribbon bow on the outside, and placed inside a courier box or
bag for protection during delivery.
You can also select basic packaging, to receive your order wrapped simply in
Lane Crawford tissue paper and placed inside a generic box.
Ordering a gift online is easy. Simply make your selection and proceed to checkout. In the
first page of the checkout, you will be asked if your order is a gift. This means prices will
not be displayed in the dispatch paperwork sent to your recipient.
All gifts are delivered in our signature Lane Crawford box. Select the gift card
option to include your personalised note.
For your security, your first online order must be sent to your credit card billing address.
For subsequent orders, you may choose to send a gift to another address.
To ship a gift to a different country to where you are based, you must select that country
before shopping. For example, if you are in Mainland China and buying for a friend in Hong
Kong, you must select the Hong Kong website by clicking on the Country shown in the top-left
corner of the site. Thus, if you are in Hong Kong buying for a China resident, please select
your country as China.
Select your payment method.
If you have a registered account, all your details will be stored with the highest
confidentiality, and will enable a fast-track checkout. Depending on past payment transactions,
you may need to enter some payment details again.
For Hong Kong- and China-based orders, a one-step payment is taken for merchandise, shipping,
taxes and duties, to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.
If you prefer to place your order by telephone with our Customer Care team, please
call our toll-free numbers.
Unfortunately, there are some China Union Pay Cards that cannot be accepted over the telephone.

Fill in the address where you wish to receive your order. Please note that for security,
your first online order must be sent to your credit card billing address. For subsequent
orders, you may choose to send your order or gift to another address.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being confirmed.
When an order is placed online, or over the telephone, a confirmation email will be sent with
an indication of the expected delivery time.

Lane Crawford insures each order through transit up until it is delivered. All orders must be
signed for at time of receipt, and in doing so, you accept the responsibility for the order
from that moment on.
If the recipient is not the original purchaser, such as in the case of a gift delivery, then
the recipient’s signature will be accepted by Lane Crawford as evidence of delivery and
fulfilment of your order, as well as the transfer of responsibility.

To add convenience and flexibility to your shopping experience, you can order online and opt
to personally — or send a representative to — collect your purchase from a pre-designated Lane
Crawford store.
This service is only available for orders placed in Hong Kong, to collect from our Canton Road store or the ifc mall
store; or for online orders placed in Mainland China, to collect from Seasons Place,
Beijing.
Simply select the COLLECT AT STORE option on the Shipping page in Checkout. This option
will only be displayed if your selected shipping country is Hong Kong or China.
To pick up your order in store, visit the Concierge and present your printed order confirmation
and the credit card used to make the purchase, or a photo ID of the person named as
collector.
