In-Store Collections & Returns
COLLECT FROM AND RETURN TO STORE
To provide you with an even more convenient shopping experience, you can order online and
collect your purchase from the Lane Crawford Canton Road store or the ifc mall store in Hong Kong or the Seasons Place store in Beijing, China.
You may choose to collect your Hong Kong placed online orders at our Canton Road store or ifc mall in Hong Kong;
and China placed online orders at our Beijing store.
Simply select the COLLECT AT STORE button on the Shipping page in Checkout.
Order Deadlines & In-Store Collection Times
Before 10am, available for collection from 3pm.
Before 2:30pm, available for collection from 7pm.
After 2:30pm, available for collection next day 3pm.
In-store, present your order confirmation email and the credit card you used to purchase
your order, or photo ID of the person named as collector, at the Concierge to receive your
order.
Please note orders made online in Hong Kong can only be collected at Hong Kong stores, while
orders made online in China, can only be collected at our Beijing store.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES AT STORE
You may also return or exchange (based on stock availability) any orders made online in Hong Kong to any of our store Concierge teams in Hong Kong within seven days of purchase. Orders made online in China can be returned or exchanged (based on stock availability) to the Concierge team at our Beijing store within seven days of purchase.
We cannot accept items purchased in China at our Hong Kong stores, or items purchased in
Hong Kong at our Beijing store.
To return or exchange your online order in one of our stores, please present your Sales Invoice or Gift Receipt and the credit card you used to purchase your order, (or have the person you have designated to collect your order show photo ID), to the store Concierge team for assistance.
We will make a refund to the original credit or payment card that you used online.
