A glacial valley nestled in the Wicklow Mountains, Glendalough is a part of Dublin that is otherwise best known as “the garden of Ireland”. Renowned for its early medieval monastic settlement founded in the 6th century, the craft of distilling drinks was invented and nurtured together with these developments. The distillery was built with a deep passion for reviving the heritage of craft distilling in Ireland, producing diverse styles of premium poitín, whiskey, and gin.
