Cookbook Tom Parker Bowles on food that is just about as good as food can be

And now here to unveil its secrets is lauded food critic and author Tom Parker Bowles, who penned The Cook Book. “I’m completely institutionalized now,” says Parker Bowles. “I was a Fortnum’s devotee long before writing this book, but now I’ve gone a level beyond that. I’m a little obsessed by this point.
