Inspired by an immortal line by modern British poet, Siegfried Sassoon: “In me the tiger sniffs the rose,” the collection depicts a future Noah’s Ark, peppered with animals including cranes, tigers and crocodiles. The South East Asian-centric collection weaves in an overflowing cultural spirit through metallic Chinese yarns, silk embroidery with sacred Thai Buddhist symbols and ancient Indian totems. Never one to disappoint when it comes to injecting colour into her collections, fire engine takes reign, paired with navy, white and the season’s denim of choice: raw.
