For Wei Roberts and Fontaine Cheng, the festive season is filled with hearty, traditional foods that Christmas dreams are made of.
The duo behind gourmet food company, Moreish, share a passion for tantalizing roast turkey and beef with all the trimmings, brussels sprouts stir-fried with bacon, and roast potatoes with the perfect consistency of fluffy insides and crispy coatings. They reminisce over magnificent mince pies with brandy butter, finished with piles of chocolate munched on while watching Christmas films. The feast is always topped off with a tipple or two, “A nice Brandy with Dad and a Gin and Tonic with Mum,” says Roberts.
