Rick Owens Lilies

Rick Owens Lilies is a women’s diffusion line of celebrated, avant-garde designer, Rick Owens. Launched in 2005, the Lilies line is a playful, ready-to-wear interpretation of the designer’s signature style of rock-inspired edge. Maintaining the glamour-meets grunge attitude of Owens’ main collection, Rick Owens Lilies offers romantic, softly-sculpted shapes in finely ruched jersey and luxurious silk, as well as an innovative take on volume and silhouettes through his dramatic use of draping, pleats, and cuts. Infused with a pared-down palette of neutral, subtle hues, Lilies defines the modern-day look of urban “dishevelled glamour”. The American designer originally launched his eponymous label in Southern California in 1994, and after winning the CFDA New Talent Award in 2002, moved to Paris in 2003 where he still works today. In addition to the original Rick Owens collection and Lilies, Owens also oversees his other lines including DRKSHDW and Palais Royale, and serves as Artistic Director of Revillon, the centuries-old luxury furrier.
