Designer Overview: Luxury Italian shoemaker Cesare Paciotti was born into a life of
accessories, with his parents owning a local shoe factory that
manufactured high-end footwear. Studying at art college, he took over
his parent’s business as CEO in 1980 and launched his eponymous debut
collection with unique style and remarkable taste. Combining elegance
and quality with contemporary fashion, the Cesare Paciotti brand caught
the attention of many — including a client list of fashion houses such
as Dolce & Gabanna, Romeo Gigli, Roberto Cavalli and Versace. In
1990, the company launched its women’s collection and more recently, the
unisex Paciotti 4US line dedicated to sport and leisure was unveiled.
Today, headed by the creative designer with his sister Paola managing
operations, Cesare Paciotti continues to produce innovative products,
using avant-garde materials and handmade craftsmanship, representing
beautiful Italian beauty and creativity.
