Giles & Brother are dynamic accessory and costume jewellery designers based in New York City. Created by brother and sister team Philip and Courtney Crangi, the brand reflects The Big Apple’s workmanlike flavour of style in the form of an industrial flair seen in few brands. Swapping semiprecious stones for vintage beads, blackened silver, vermeil and matte metals, Giles & Brother creations feature unusual symbols found in some less-than-glamorous places. Safety pin earrings, hooks, anchors and railroad spikes bent into cuffs and rings are a few examples of a unique style inspired by anything from estate jewellery to African textiles.
