Daum of Nancy, France, has been an innovator in luxury glassworks since 1875. The brand’s prominence comes from utilizing the world’s finest artists as a guiding vision while also adapting to changing tastes in the world of art. Daum was a major presence during the Art Nouveau and Art Deco eras, and over 350 artists including Salvador Dali, Arman, and César have made their mark in the form of Daum creations. The brand is the only crystal-maker to use the pâte de cristal (moulded glass or crystal paste) technique, a craft that dates back to 5000BC.
