Visconti’s writing instruments are a symbol of excellence in craftsmanship and a tribute to the art of calligraphy. Tucked away in a 15th century Florentine villa, the standards of fountain and ballpoint pens are being tested and redefined by artisans and the head of Visconti, Dante Del Vecchio. The use of celluloid, known as the “gold for pen specialists” is along with intricate designs and distinguished quality, hallmarks of Visconti creations. Every pen has a story to tell and pays homage to great achievements, events and historical figures. Some of its limited collection designs revolve around the themes of The Forbidden City, Manhattan, and Giacomo Casanova.
