The Borolis are a Piedmontese family who have long been in business in Italy. Searching for something that would bring them closer to nature and away from the demands of the business world, they started winegrowing. Acquiring vineyards in the Barolo appellation and later in the heart of the Barolo area, Boroli vines are grown on a south, south-east exposure and planted on soil composed mainly of limestone, with traces of sand.
